perfect location sparkling wine cracked window leaky shower old hotel
the location was perfect for visiting vatican city. and they helped organize sparkling wine and a flower bouquet. they assisted with anything my parents needed. the room had good air-conditioning.
the photos made the hotel appear more modern than it was. i found a cracked bathroom window. i also discovered a leaky shower.

mediocre stay with hydraulic issues
The hydraulic installations were bad, a true calamity. the restrooms designated during breakfast were flooded. I had to use the staff facilities. the toilet had a persistent running water issue, a sound that was hard to sleep through. i was refunded for one night though.

helpful suggestion parking lot secure neighborhood
The front desk staff provided numerous helpful suggestions (I really needed it!). They speak both English and Italian. The hotel has a parking lot in the front of the building. I found it very secure, with limited access in a residential neighborhood.
The breakfast was the same every day.

Really good Stay Near Vatican City
great value easy access attentive staff
I found the hotel to be a great value. The location allowed easy access to Vatican City and nearby shops. The staff provided really good service, offering helpful recommendations for local restaurants.. I appreciated their attentiveness. The breakfast selection was extensive, especially the fresh fruit and Italian bread.
The walls were quite thin, so I could hear noise from adjacent rooms. The hotel could improve the soundproofing to enhance guest comfort.

the reception staff were very helpful, offering advice on public transport and directions. the bed provided comfortable rest. the room included necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. i found the staff spoke many languages, which aided communication. the room size was adequate and maintained cleanliness.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear neighbors clearly.

vatican location good air conditioning friendly staff small room thin walls insufficient toilet paper
i liked how close the hotel was to the vatican. i could walk there easily (it was about a ten-minute walk). the room also had good air conditioning, important . the staff were friendly and helpful as well.
The room was smaller than i expected for the price. i also found that the walls were thin. I could hear my neighbors quite clearly. the hotel seemed stingy with toilet paper. I had to ask for more.
